I hate to call any gaming monitor perfect, but the Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDP is about as close as I’ve seen.

The Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDP is an excellent 32-inch 4K OLED monitor capable of running at 480Hz at 1080p, too.
